Train Every Day

Some people live by this and as much as I agree with the statement. In my book, training is doing anything that benefits your body physically or mentally.

Don’t take a “Rest day” take a recovery day and work on your body differently by doing Yoga and Stretching, Mindfulness or Meditation.

It’s not all about lifting heavy weights in the gym and now more than ever you have a chance to explore other methods of training, your body will thank you for it.
